Cancellations
Cancellations of services can only be refunded in full (minus booking fees) up to 7 days prior to the confirmed booking date. Cancellations during the 7 day period prior to the booking date are not guaranteed any form of refund. Services cannot be cancelled on the day, to rearrange your booking please contact chocolateworldhawkshead@gmail.
Other policy information:
We do not allow any adult into the chocolate workshop with any child , we do however take any child into the workshop regardless of needs and ability , the workshop is a fun children’s activity where the children can be creative and show their personality’s in a safe creative environment where they can interact with other children and staff and most importantly be proud of what they have made on their own, if a child needs a little more help or even one to one support from a staff member then this can be given our staff are patient and positive and will always do their best to help any child to enjoy the experience. This is a very visual experience when pointing at chocolate and facial expressions are normal procedure. If as a parent or carer this is not what you think is best for the child e.g. to noisy or distracting , or the child does not want to enter the main workshop area we do offer a mother and child workshop in the play room, where children who become distressed or just feel more at ease with parents involved would go, this could be one child from the group or could be two or three children depending on the group.
